A refundable $100 is required to secure your event date. Your balance will be required to be paid in full 48hrs prior to event.

Yes our soft play equipment is ideal for 6 months to 5 years of age.

Yes, there is a delivery fee for Jelly Bean Soft Play rentals. The delivery fee will be based on the distance from our location to your event venue. If the distance is over 30 miles we do charge a fee of $50.

If there is inclement weather or rain in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor setup option or we will need to reschedule your event based on our availability.

Yes we are!

If your cancellation is made 14 days prior to your event date 100% of your deposit will be refunded. However, any cancellation less than 14 days prior to your event will result in deposit and full balance paid forfeited and you will have the option to reschedule based on our availability. We understand that circumstances can change, but due to the nature of our business and the high demand for our party slots, we have to enforce this policy. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your event. Thank you for your understanding.
