What is required to book?

A $100 refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance for your rental is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Is there an age limit for the equipment?

Yes. Our soft play equipment is specifically designed and intended for children 6 months to 5 years of age.

Yes, Jellybean Soft Play is fully insured. We require clients to obtain a one-day insurance policy, which is available at a rate of $125. This ensures comprehensive coverage for your event.

• 14+ Days Notice: If you cancel your event at least 14 days prior to the date, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.

• Less than 14 Days Notice: Any cancellation made less than 14 days before the event date will result in the forfeiture of both the deposit and any full balance paid. You will, however, be offered the opportunity to reschedule your event based on our current availability.

We enforce this policy due to the high demand for our rental slots. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Is there a delivery fee for soft play rentals?

Yes, a delivery fee applies, which is calculated based on the distance from our location to your event venue.

• Deliveries exceeding 30 miles from our base location will incur a flat fee of $50.

For outdoor reservations, if there is inclement weather (e.g., rain, high winds) in the forecast, a secure alternative indoor setup option must be provided. If an indoor alternative is not feasible, we will work with you to reschedule your event based on our availability.
